ODX led the complete complex design journey, user experience challenges along the way. From the start, the project required rethinking the interior at a whole new level to ensure passengers and medical staff could be safley seated with seatbelts, while maintaining full access to all cabin compartments and medical storage. Critical systems, such as oxygen tanks, were positioned outside the main cabin for safety and efficiency.

The design seamlessly merges functionality with the vehicle’s original identity: the front grill and headlights of the the UAZ pickup were integrated into the ambulance’s cabin top and lighting system, making the ambulance feels like a part of the car rather than an add-on module.  Special attention was given to safety and operational efficiency, ensuring maximum usability even in the most challenging off-road conditions.
