This project transformed a standard aluminum Прогресс 2 hull into a fully branded, purpose-built Uber boat. The retrofit covered the complete redesign of the exterior identity, interior layout and passenger experience, adapting the boat to Nile river transport. The scope included branding integration, exterior restyling, interior reconfiguration, seating and circulation optimization, and functional upgrades tailored to daily operation on the Nile. The result is a recognizable, efficient and user-friendly water taxi that combines durability with a clear visual identity, delivering a modern transport experience while extending the lifecycle of the original boat.
